Introduction
The 2024 CRDB Bank Foundation Annual Report marks a significant milestone in our mission to foster inclusive growth across Tanzania. This year, our efforts reached an unprecedented 129,308 direct beneficiaries, providing the tools and resources necessary for sustainable self-reliance.
At the heart of this success is the iMbeju Program, which has expanded its reach through specialized tracks like Ng’ara, Buni, and Kilimo. By disbursing TZS 7.6 billion in seed capital and equipping over 128,000 people with financial literacy training, we have bridged the gap between potential and opportunity. Our commitment was further validated on the global stage, where the Foundation was honored as the Overall Winner in the NGO Category at the UN Global Compact Business Awards.
