Our Manager for Start-Up Development and Incubation, Sharron Nsule, took part in a conference for women in ICT organized by the IT Commission (ICTC) in preparation for the 7th Tanzania IT Conference (TAIC 2023) scheduled to be held in Dar es Salaam.

During the conference, Sharron seized the opportunity to explain how the CRDB Bank Foundation actively engages in the advancement of women’s businesses and the promotion of innovative business growth through its Imbeju program.

The CRDB Bank Foundation has already initiated the provision of seed capital to both male and female youth involved in innovative businesses (start-ups). The applications undergo evaluation by our important partners, the National Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH) and the IT Commission, with whom we collaborate closely to assess and filter the requests for seed capital from aspiring young entrepreneurs.
