The CRDB Bank Foundation has won the award for the best event of the year (event of the year) in the awards given by the Tanzania Marketing Science Association (TMSA).

The event that led to the victory was the launch of the CRDB Bank Foundation, which was held in March this year and was attended by more than 1,000 youth (men and women) from various parts of the country.

The official guest at the launch was the Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania, Mr. Kassim Majaliwa Majaliwa, who was accompanied by other senior government officials.

The CRDB Bank Foundation is a subsidiary of the CRDB Bank that manages strategic investments in the community to improve the lives and grow the economies of individuals and the nation as a whole.

Shortly since its inception, the CRDB Bank Foundation has already reached more than 100,000 youth (men and women) through its Imbeju program, which provides seed capital for youth and women in the country.

The Tanzania Marketing Awards ceremony was held on Friday, October 27, 2023, in Dar es Salaam and was attended by various marketing and communication stakeholders.

This is the second time for CRDB Bank and its subsidiaries to win TMSA awards, as last year CRDB Bank Marathon won the award for the best community investment program of the year.
